I was curious if anyone had booked a Disney Resort thru the AAA online booking site. What was your experience? I want to make sure this reservation is a good one since it is a holiday weekend we are booking.
Is this the same rate that CRO would have if I called?
Thanks

I got the same rate with AAA and with the AAA rate with Disney. My mom actually works for AAA in the travel dept, but I perfer to call Disney instead. I like the fact that they send me fun flyers etc. that I don't get when I book with a travel agent. I checked the AAA site first to see what the deals were.

I was able to save $107.16 by calling AAA and making my res. with them vs. CRO. I was told there was not a AAA discount for my package through the CRO and so I called AAA and boom, cheaper :cool1: .
Package consists of:
6 nights @ All-Star Movies
3 day passes/park hopper option for 2 adults and 1 child
Dining plan
Travel insurance = 1692.20 AAA, 1799.36 CRO

is because you cannot get the AAA room discount AND the dining plan from CRO. You can only get them combined directly from AAA. We just did this in June and when I tried to do it directly w/ CRO, I was told that I would lose the room discount when I added the package.
