I know they are doing them in the values last...I heard summer 2006 (per the CM at AllStar Movies)...

They were doing some kind of internet connection thingy at port orleans french quaraters when we were there in june 27- july 2. Yes I'm still on this site! lol I have post disney depression bad :)
