How do I add a Tickertape countdown to my threads?

I'm probably missing something (other than brain cells) or middle age is setting in, how do I add this it would be really neat if I could work it out?!! :listen:

2. Follow the instructions

3. Copy the code they give you into your signature in your User CP area
