View Full Version : My AP Exchange Certificate numbers will not work on the Passholder site
I bought my AP at the end of June and at that time I was able to log into the Passholder website. (After 30 minutes of entering different combinations)
I tried it today for the first time since receiving and now I can't get in. I am logging in the way I am supposed to and nothing is working. I need to make sure this number works as I am going on vacation soon and my TA will be making our ressies when the rates for January come out. Anyone else not been able to get in when they know the combonations of numbers is right?

I was told you could not get into the passholders site until your AP is activated. Part of the code you type into the website includes WHERE your AP was activated. I think you just lucked out before when logged into the site. Did it show your name and the date your AP expired?

I have been logging in with my voucher for over a month. This morning I'm not getting into the sight. Maybe they are working on it? :confused3

Thanks! If you are having problems then it must be the same reason I can't get in.
my dates are still not available though :sad2:

I finally got in too. Are dates are not available yet either. We are going the third week of Jan. :smooth:

I had a tough time when using our MAC and then when I tried our PC, no problems! Perhaps this is the problem?

Not yet, but being crazed as I am, I just couldn't resist looking anyway. Now that the monitor says they should be out, I'm checking for sure.

I just mentioned the Mac not working to a manager that called me --I had made a nicely worded complaint a few months ago about a fairly rude CM. After he apologized for the CM, he asked me if I had problems making reservations with the site. Maybe they'll fix it some day!

I can't get into the site with my numbers off my AP, also. It is most definately an activated Ap, and I was just on the site 2 days ago and saved my info for next time. What happened???
