I know this might be better off on the Cruise forum, but our bookings are often different to the Americans so can anyone help here first?

Thinking of doing the 4 day/night cruise next year but won't have enough points after burning them on the rest of the holiday and wondered where people book this from for the best deals/quality of service.

I have only just started looking and found Disney site offering a state verandah for 4 at $8,000+ and Dreams Unlimited offering me the same for $4500. Seems a massive difference to me and put me off a little, is there a catch???

Also, Dreams unlimited ask me if I am an annual passholder or a castaway key member, if I join them, will both quotes be lower?

Anyone used anyone else to book and will I get it cheaper, extra's thrown in etc

Many Thanks for your help.

PS Off to Malaga this weekend for two weeks staying in one of the Interval International places, La Quinta in Benalmedina, will post a report back on the site, standard of accom etc after the 22nd Aug.

I've never been on a cruise, but I have used DU for WDW reservations before we joined DVC. There was certainly no catch then! :)

DU will be aware of all the discounts available to you (including AP, which is presumably why they asked you) and automatically apply them to your reservation, whereas Disney is unlikely to offer any discounts unless you ask or have a promotional code already ;) I assume this is the reason for the huge difference in quoted cost.

When you have been on a cruise and have visited Castaway Cay you are automatically a Castaway Cay member. There is no other way to join sorry.
