I just booked AP rate on rooms for 8/28

Just thought I'd post that I was very happy to be able to book 2 rooms at ASMo for 3 nights starting 8/28 with AP rate. In fact I first inquired about 4 nights at Pop or POR or ASMo. All 3 resorts were available at AP rate. Then after looking into airfare I called about 4 nights starting 8/27. That was 2 seperate reservations-1 regular season 8/27 and 3 nights value starting 8/28. In the end we found good flights for a 3 night stay starting 8/28. We got 2 rooms for $400 including tax. We also got 5 non stop direct flights Manchester NH to Orlando on SW for $577.

I also got exact times I wanted at Sci Fi and CP (8:10 am) and signed my friend up for a tour. Hoping for not too hot, no huricanes and small crowds. :teeth:

We couldn't get the really cheap flights on Saturday so we ended up with Manchester NH at 7:30 am :earseek: We'd also have to pay more for room on Saturday and didn't want to camp at the airport (you are the Diser who wanted to do that right?). I think we'll have to leave the house at 4:30am but we'll get to Orlando at 10:30 am. I'm hoping my DS will sleep on the drive to NH and in the plane. I'm taking just DS with a friend, her DH, and her DS(15). I'm not sure how/when to tell my DD(6) that she's staying home-she is going 2 nights early with me in Oct so she's getting her special time too.

I've never flown SW. Never stayed AS. Never used ME. It should be a great trip.

Our flight is scheduled to land 10:30. You're scheduled to land at 10:25. We may have to wait for a gate checked stroller.

You'll be getting up early to drive to Providence.

I'm hoping to spend Saturday night at my friends house (which is 20 minutes closer to NH) so I don't wake up DH, DD(6) or DD(2) at 3:45 am!
