Who can explain how Halloween Horror nights works?
Is it structured like MNSSHP at Magic Kingdom where the park closes early and an additional ticket must be purchased for the event?
I'm planning a trip to Universal Orlando Oct 27, 29, 29. Two of those days are during HHN. How will it effect our trip?
Thanks!

HHN is a separate ticketed events. If you have a pass for the day, you can buy a stay and scream pass for around $20-$25. If you want to go to HHN itself, it costs around $50. As for HHN and crowds, it doesn't affect it much. Crowds are moderate during the day. Depending on the night, HHN crowds can get heavy. Crowds usually build up the closer it gets to Halloween.

Thanks for responding.
What time will the park close? Is is both Universal Parks, or just IOA?

HHN is generally for USF only. USF generally closes at 5:30 on HHN nights. IOA usually closes at 7 pm. If Halloween falls on a weekday, the weekend before is usually crowded. If Halloween falls on a Sunday, Saturday is usually crowded.
