Article clearly states that the sub-contractor was hired by the Dolphin Hotel, who is owned and operated by Starwood Hotel & Resorts.

This kind of post really bothers me.

First you blame Disney for hiring a contractor who uses 16 yrs old workers when in fact they had nothing to do with it.

Then you're outraged that a contractor would use a 16 yr old without even knowing what the Fl laws are on the subject.

I guess it's just easier to condem Disney first and ask questions later.
