Emailing Universal's Guest Services...

Has anyone ever had to deal with them before? Are you supposed to get an automated response letting us know they got the email? :confused3 I am also wondering approximately how long it takes for them to get back to you.

Anyway...sorry for all the questions...but thanks in advance for your help!

I've never received an automatic response just a personal response within a week.
