Any bad experiences with Ticket Mania?

I am just nervous about ordering tickets from any place other than Universal. Have this fear of showing up at the gate and the tickets being no good. I know many swear by Ticket Mania but wondering if anyone had a bad experience with them?

i have ordered from them several times and have never had any trouble. one time i ordered 2 universal tickets and 5 sea world tickets and they sent me 5 universal tickets and 2 sea world. i just called them right up and they told me to put the wrong tickets in the mail back to them and they would send the correct ones. before i could even get to mail the tickets back (i did it 3 days later) they had already overnighted the correct ones to me at their expense.

the other thing that i like about ticket mania that i do not like about some of the other companies is that they have an actual store location so if anything ever went wrong, i can go to their store in florida.

I have never used them but my Aunt and Uncle did last year. They ordered and got their tickets within a week.

As Candice says, they also have a store on I-Drive so you can always go in if you have any problems.

I ordered 4 10 day Disney passes with plusses from them on July 3rd. July 5th I got confirmation that the order was received, and will be mailed by the 12th. I didn't get the tickets until the 23rd or 24th.

So basically, plan a bit of time for your tickets. Everything looks fine with the tickets, but it did take just a tad longer than I had anticipated. Yes, it was within the 9-12 working days but I would have thought it would take sooner than that.

I am considering getting Seaworld tickets. I will not order them because it will take a while to get there in time. I may go to the storefront and get them from there.

I have also ordered from them several times with no problems at all. On one recent last-minute trip I was cutting it close and my tickets never came in time - I called and they called me right back - they delivered the tickets right to the hotel for me - great customer service in my case!

The only problem I had was the magnetic strip on the ticket wasn't working correctly on the fourth day. I went to guest relations at the park (Animal Kingdom) and they replaced it with a new ticket that matched what I had (seven days/non-expiration/4 days used). I don't consider this a problem with TicketMania as this could occur to tickets that were purchased at the park gate. All the other tickets we purchased (16 Disney multi-day tickets and 15 Universal tickets) were fine. We did pick the tickets up at their store in Orlando, which worked out well as we were given a travel packet containing brochures, coupons and free mini-golf tickets. I'll probably use them on our next trip when we need tickets.

I've ordered from them twice and never had problems. I ordered Disney passes, Universal flex passes and dinner theater tickets. Both times I ordered from them, along with the tickets I also received tons of brochures on Orlando attractions. I would order from them again.

I've had good experiences ordering tickets from AAA's web site. Thanks for reminding me about AAA. I believe that I can actually go to the office and pick them up vs. ordering online. The prices were the same as Ticketmania for adult 2 day and $2 more on kids. :goodvibes To answer OP I've ordered from Ticketmania twice and have had no issues.

Used Ticketmania March 2005 with no problem at all, we did it in person and received a free mini golf coupon and $2 phone card.
