VB Request Recommendations?

We are getting ready to make a ressie for VB for a 2BR for next April.
Myself, DH, DD(3), DS(1) and their grandparents will be going for a week.
Any recommendations as to any special requests (room, etc) that we should make at the timewe make our ressies?

If you have a smoking preference, be sure to tell them. Other than that, we like the upper floor rooms, since they generall have better views.
