seeking hotel advice

I'm planning two trips for next year. First is trip with DD and 2 DGDs (ages 4 + 8) from May 1-6. I need this to be an inexpensive trip. Looking for suggestions for nice (I realize this is a relative term) hotel/resort that includes breakfast and has a nice pool for the kids.
