Need a favor from anyone going to GC in the next few weeks...

Hi everyone!

I need to ask a favor of anyone who will be going to the Grand Californian before October (that's when I'm going).

Please check to see if Napa Rose is open for lunch on the weekdays.

I have heard conflicting reports of this. Some say it is closed for lunch during non-peak season, others say it's open. When I e-mailed Disney, they said it's open, but that was a while ago. I mentioned that I'm going in October, but you know how quickly things change!!

Napa Rose was not open for lunch the week of 9/10 - only dinner - and did not look busy at all. Storytellers did not have buffets at night and were not busy for dinner. They said the next buffet would probably be on the weekend.

Napa Rose was not open for lunch this past SATURDAY 9/15, either, just FYI. We had lunch at Storyteller's that day.
