I just rented the Stevie Wonder Cabana for two days in October. Does anyone have pictures?? I would love to see what it looks like...

Sorry, don't have pictures but I have seen it in the past and it looks pretty cool. I have cabana #2 for 10/28/05, Dive in Movie. The movie is Hocus Pocus if your there at that time. When are you going? for HHN?

Frankly, I think the themed cabanas are -- to put it politely -- overrated.

We just got back from the HRH last week, and did Cabana #6 (non-themed) on Thursday 8/25. That and #5 are probably in the best location, set close to the pool but in a quiet, low traffic area, behind a wonderful grove of date palms - lots of shade and privacy, and right near the hot tub . There's even shaded pool area nearby in the afternoon.

The themed cabanas -- which with the exception of their backdrops are exactly like the non themed ones -- are all over in the crowded "rear desert" area, facing the backs of a massive sea of chairs. As my wife put it, they're "hot, with less attractive view and no privacy. Great combination."
