Seems to be an incredible deal for a basic room. $35/night (before taxes). September 3rd to December 23rd, Sunday through Thursday nights. Anyone stay here before? Comments?

Seems like a great rate. Went into the url you gave, but the $35.00 is for Auto Club South members.
Says so in the small print.

I am reading it differently. I did a ressie for 9/17 - 9/19 and the $35/night rate seems to be for anyone. The Auto Club South rate is $49. See below.

I say it looks like a good deal. However, (and I know I have posted this reply many times recently) using Priceline, I got the Radisson universal for $25/night. You may think about doing the same if you are trying to save money. The only negative - no cancellations with Priceline.
