Around the fourth of July they had a deal where you could get free meals if you booked your trip during September 1 through October ? ( I can't remember the exact dates) Does anyone know if this is a special that they seem to run each year?

If we are planning a trip in September of 06 when should the "deals" be out?

I could be wrong b/c we do not travel often in Sept./Oct but I think deals are common this time of year. We decided to take a trip b/c of the free dining offer this year. I think I remember seeing deals in the past. One year they offered pay for 4 stay 7 days. I see many people reporting good AP rates for this time of year also so maybe you may want to look into this.

Thanks shelly3girls for the info. We are trying to travel in the Fall since DH does not like huge crowds. We have done Disney in the summer, but if we want the marrage to last, it is best that we travel in the Fall. It's a good thing that DD's birthday is in September.

We have had 2 good deal years in a row for the fall. LAst year we had the 5 for 7 days package with ultimate park hoppers and this year it's the free dining package. I also was quoted a AAA room only rate for the values at $68 including tax. I know some have paide even less for values in value season. I booked both years in June, patiently waiting for "the deal" to appear! :) I've also learned to wait until early July or so for airfare. We are flying Southwest from Buffalo for $115 RT (including taxes).

We are already planning next year's trip, but only in theory-wait until early summer to get the best deals and check these boards
