I am following the Carb Addicts Lifespan Plan by the Drs Heller and was just curious if there was anyone else out there on the WISH using the same WOE?

Hi there,

I know you asked about if any WISH'ers were doing this but if you want to check out lowcarbfriends.com and go to the main low carb board and do a search on CAD you'll get quite a few threads on there...just in case you don't get any response here.
