View Full Version : When should I expect to receive my webcert?

Actually, my son cashed out for the first time at mypoints on Aug.16th but has not received his webcert as of today. The points have been removed from his account at mypoints. When should he begin to contact mypoints or webcert.com if he does not receive it? I had cashed out once myself and I don't remember it taking this long to receive the actual webcert. Any help would be appreciated.

When I cashed out for a webcert at MyPoints it took quite awhile. I cashed out on August 3rd. The shipping status didn't change to shipped until August 9th and then I didn't receive it until August 17th. Has he checked the status of the order yet to see if has been "shipped" yet?

He checked the tracking page and it does say "shipped". He does not know when it changed to shipped however. He has checked his email everyday and nothing has shown up yet. I told him to wait until next Tuesday or Wednesday and then check with MyPoints. I guess he would check with MyPoints and not webcert.com??

One member of my family cashed out on the 16th and still hasn't gotten theirs yet either. It seems to be taking longer and longer to get them!

I would check with webcert first to see if they have the order...they answer faster!

I just cashed out from MyPoints for a webcert last week, and normally would have expected to see my email by now. I would not be surprised at all if the delay has something to do with the fact that webcert is having to change all our account #'s. I think I'll just be patient for a while on mine & see what happens. I'd rather wait & get it done right.
