You may wish to contact your agent. The rates are available, although the TA site shows only through 11/26.
I'm sure your agent will be more than happy to research the availability and rates for you.

I don't know. I would send an email and ask if you are going during the time when the best rate is available just to be sure.

To book the Best Rate plan your agent needs your Passholder ID Number and the deposit has to be made at the time of booking.
Your should email your agent for more details.
