Hi! Glad to join you all!!! :flower:
I would like to lose 20 pounds, but my main reason for joining is to keep my body healthy. I have Diabetes and HBP, both of which developed during my triplet pregnancy and never resolved. I am overweight by about 20 pounds. Currently I am on blood pressure medicine, but the Diabetes is under awesome control (A1C of 5.9) with diet only. I'd love to be able to drop the medicine for my high blood pressure too!
I've been swimming laps (back, breast, fly, free) for 30 minutes. I'm now down to 28 minutes for the half mile! :cool1: I haven't been tracking my weight, but would like to join you and start! Would love to go to WDW slimmer (and be able to splurge a little on all that good food AND keep up with my kids!). My goal is to swim 4 days a week for 30 minutes and increase the distance that I swim each week.
I'm not really sure where I'm supposed to post, what info, the clip art, etc. Could someone please explain it all to me?
