Mrs. Knott's Chicken Dinner Restraunt at Knott's Berry Farm has a good traditional Thanksgiving feast. It is very popular, so you'll want to find out about and make reservations appropriately. The park will be open and all of the Christmas decor will be up. Good shopping too.
It's a great place to eat anytime. Walt was a frequent visitor.

I have has Thanksgiving Dinner at the Blue Bayou at least once, and it was OK, but there really isn't any outstanding food to be had anywhere in D-land.
Be advised that Knott's Berry Farm exists because of the Chicken Dinner resturant. You will get a great meal, and partake in a CA tradition, but you will stand in line. On Thanksgiving it could be a very long line.

The new restaurants at the Grand Californian may be planning something special. I know in the past GOOFY's KITCHEN has given out exclusive "I Had Thanksgiving Dinner w/ Goofy" buttons.
I guess the main thing is not to think of it so much as a traditional Thanksgiving Meal but as a Disneyland Thanksgiving meal. Of course if you want to stick with the traditional I am sure the Hilton or other like hotel will be having a nice buffet.
