Does anyone know if there is karaoke at Pleasure Island?

Nope, but there is karaoke at Kimonos in the Swan - it's a good time if you've got a spare evening. We like to visit Kimonos the same night we go to Jellyrolls. Chances are, you'll end up a little hoarse and a little drunk from that combo - I always do!
