Last year DH and I went on WW in January (just at home, we didn't go to meetings. I had been so many times and given up, well, I knew the program pretty darn well.) He need to lose 30 pounds, and I needed to lose 60. We both lost 30. But then well, since he met his goal he didn't stick to the program so well. Which was fine. He works out a lot.
I, however, don't.
So now I have gained back 15 of the pounds. :sad2:
So why - since I KNOW the program and I KNOW it works and I KNOW how good it felt to be thinner and healthier - can't I get back on program and just do it?!?!? :confused3

It is always hard to start - a lot of the time it is a result of the fear of failure. Other times it is as simple as just getting motivated to do something that is no longer routine for you.
You will be ok. You just have to DO IT!!! Try it once, and see how good you feel afterwards. That will give you the strength to keep on going.
