Webcertificate is changing some or all members account #s.

If you receive an e-mail stating that your Webcertificat # is about to change, and you have a plastic webcertificate, the card is NO LONGER GOOD!!!

Simply call webcertificate and request a new card. It won't cost anything, but you must request the new card. However, first activate your new account # by following the directions in the e-mail.

Hope this helps folks. As soon as I receive my new card, I'll let folks know how long it takes to arrive.

I guess this explains why I was soooooo embarassed at lunch when the waitress returned to the table to tell me my card had been "declined". Came home and got the e-mail. Ugh! Oh well, at least it's repaired!

No email for me-and when I tried to access my account information at their site all I could get was page not found. I hope I can straighten my acct. out tomorrow. I have 2 webbies pending and would hate to lose them in the mixup.

Aaaaggggghhhhhh!!!!

We leave for our trip in less than 2 wks! I'm planning to use the plastic card to pay for our anniversary breakfast and dinner!!! Hope they get a new card to me by then.   I suppose if they don't I'll just spend other $$ and save the webbie for the next trip in Dec., but I'd really planned on using it now. At least my account balance is OK, and I found out about it in time to try & get it fixed. If this had happened while we were away, I would not have had a computer, so wouldn't be checking my email, and would have really been mad then.

Everything went smoothly this morning. I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. They always take care of everything as quickly as possible. I actually had more in my acct. then I thought!

If you are staying at a Disney resort, and you are uncomfortable about the card showing up. Send a fax to CRO using your new Webcertificate # to send the money to your room account. Then you can use your Resort ID to charge the meals using that money :-)

I have not gotten the e-mail yet. I am kinda worried.

Maybe I will just head over and see what is up.

I talked to them this morning and they promised me to put a rush on my new card. :D They were really nice, even though their day is hectic trying to get everyone straightened out. I wonder if this is why the webbie I just cashed out for from MyPoints about a week or so ago is still pending.
As I said when I saw this post lat night, I'm just glad this happened now when I can take care of it, and not while I'm on vacation with no idea what's going on. :)

I'm curious as to what this webcard ya'll are talking about is. I'm completely new to the whole rewards thing and have so far only joined SuzyKats as they give Disney Dollars. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :earsgirl:
