Was anyone able to get a concierge room with the best rate program, I was looking at my dates and saw none even the first day they came out.

Yes...both BC and the Polynesian. Both lagoon views also. December 8-16th. Price was $78 dollars less than rack for both resorts.

We booked these on the fifth day of the Best Rate program. You couldnt find anything?

The first day the best rate came out I booked Poly and they only had Lagoon view nothing else Nov 30-Dec4 and then 2 days later they had Lagoon and Garden view but have never seen Concerige. We wanted lagoon anyway but really wanted lagoon concerige.

It was originally booked as Polynesian lvc 8-16th.
Then I changed it to Beach Club lvc 8-12th. And the Polynesian lvc 12-16th.

Both times, still a $78 dollar savings each night over rack (tax included) for a total savings of $702.00. Nothing to complain about there, other than AAA was about five bucks cheaper per night.
These were booked online as per the rules. When I called to change them a bit I didnt have a problem. It went very smoothly.

I've seen Poly concierge and AKL concierge. But they come and go. You have to check on a regular (several times a day) basis.

I originally booked LV at the Polynesian with the Best Rate Program, but I wanted LVC. The next day it was available. I called CRO and they told me that the discounts hadn't been fully loaded into the computer yet, and they switched my reservation over the phone because of the problem. The res. is for Dec. 9-17th... don't know if it's still available, but given my experience, I would call and tell them your situation.
