I have been told we are booked into a concierge style hotel. Any idea what they mean by this ? thanks

I am not totally sure as in the WDW hotels, they have a concierge floor, but it may be what they mean is that the rooms are accessed from a lobby with a reception and porter as opposed to drive up to the individual door in a courtyard style.

If you can tell us which hotel it is, someone might be able to help if they have stayed there before?

Welcome to the Dis :)

Ooh yummy - VERY nice hotel indeed. All of the rooms there are great, but the concierge level are going to be even better :cool1:

Hi
I have just booked to go to this hotel for the final week of our holiday next November. Thye have their own web site and it is showing as a 5* in the Virgin brochure. It was also voted one of the best spa hotels in the US by Conde Naste traveller - hence the fact that I want to go.
I knew that some re building work was being done but hopefully by next year (assuming no big hurricanes in the meantime) most things would have been done in the area.
Let me know how you get on.
Mrs Dazzle you do know your posh hotels
