Port Orleans Riverside and All Stars handicapped rooms

I would like to know the bed sizes in these resorts handicapped rooms. I have stayed at All Stars Music before and know they have a king size bed and cot, which was very cramped. We are a family of 4 and would like two full size beds. We have never stayed at Riverside and know nothing about handicapped rooms there.

I would not recomment PO-Riverside if you are dealing with a wheelchair. The bathrooms are not truely accessible unless you can easily get out of the wheelchair.

What about two rooms at an All Star Resort with a connecting door? I don't know if you'd need two accessible rooms (both with king beds) or one accessible and the other regular (with two fulls).

What was good, bad or otherwise about the All Star room? Was the bathroom big enough to take the wheelchair all the way in to? I just made ressies there for Nov. for my sister and her 2 teenagers. (2 connecting rooms) Please reassure me this will be ok. DS can not walk at all and needs the chair and a helper in the rest room. Thank you.

The bathrooms are plenty big enough for a wheelchair and a couple or more other people. The door slides. It looked like it could accomodate a wheel chair to move thru. There was a king bed, a refrigerator, and a roll away cot. It was just wall to wall bed and one wheel chair. I wasn't suppose to even get handicapped accessible room. We requested two rooms connecting. Our other family members room was full and with our four, lets just say we are a very close knit family but this was rediculous(sp). I call the front office and there were no other room available and if I wanted to go to another resort I would have to pay the difference. This was my first encounter with a very unpleasant CM.
