i have just gotten back from USF and IOA and had a BLAST!!! i wish sooooo much that i could have just stayed there. :sad2: but anyways i just wanted to compliment the EXCELLENT service of the employees at Royal Pacific. they were very nice. the royal pacific is, in my mind, the best hotel there. we didnt experience any problems at either of the parks, except the fact that it rained a whole lot. the service at the parks was also excellent. we didnt encounter any rude employees. one thing that i encountered that was really nice was the entrance/exit/re-entry right next to the Hard Rock Cafe. there wasnt anybody over there so we were able to skip the lines at the front gate and get in there. that was great. on this vacation, i had no complaints and i cant wait until next year!

What is this "secret" entrance? Where specifically is it? Is it for everyone, or just resort guests. We're staying at the HRH so this would be very convenient.

the "secret" entrance is right behind the Hard Rock Cafe, which if you did not know is not connected with the Hard Rock Hotel, which is located a short way from the park. to get to the entrance, you just walk to the Hard Rock Cafe but dont go in. just walk around to the back and you'll see it. it is right beside the old Nickelodeon Studios and there are signs inside the park if you end up not finding it.

we stumbled upon that entrance last year also. it was pouring out and we had just come out of nickelodeon and the rain just wouldn't let up. that is when i spotted the exit and we ran over to hard rock cafe for dinner to wait it out and then returned thru that same exit later. i almost forgot about that. i'll have to remember it on monday when it is sure to be a mad house.

so glad you had a great time at RPR. it was the best hotel stay that i have had anywhere and i travel alot. heading to HRH on monday and i hope the service there is just as good.
