well I have just booked two flights to New York for December
It is a surprize for my mum her birthday in August so i can't tell anyone :cloud9:
never been there so really looking forward to it :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

anyone been there
what will we do any suggustions!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

now i can get a new countdown clock

I haven't been but just wanted to say what a lovely thing to do for your Mum. My Mum is on continuous O2 so unable to go anywhere now, otherwise I'd love to do something similar - took her to WDW for Christmas 1997 and she LOVED it.

Have a great time with her.

the kids are going to be good fun over this
First time to leave them with hubby on his own without my mother been there

I went in December 2002 and it was fantastic. Did loads of sightseeing, shopping and walking.

If you'd like to pm me with anything specific you'd like to know don't hesitate.

Even tho I'm scared witless of heights we went up the Empire State Building (at night) and it was amazing, the height of the sky scrapers is unbelievable!
