I've noticed a lot of people are hosting baby/wedding showers, brunches, etc. I thought I'd share this favorite recipe. I always make a fruit tray with strawberries, apple slices, melon chunks, etc. and serve this for dipping.

Cool Dip

1 c milk
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
3 T orange juice
1/8 t. ground cinnamon
1/8 t. almond extract
1 c. Cool Whip, thawed

In a bowl, whisk together milk, pudding mix, orange juice, cinnamon, and almond extract until combined. With spatula, fold in Cool Whip topping until jusst combined. Transfer to serving bowl, serve with fruit.

The dip turns out sort of a tan color, you can also add a few drops of food coloring if you desire.

Sounds very refreshing! All the colorful fruit would look beautiful on a tray.

Here is another that is a hit. My kids threaten to eat it with a spoon! :D

Fruit Dip

1 small jar marshmallow cream
1 box cream cheese, softened

Whip together and serve with fresh fruit. Lite cheese works, too. SOOOO easy!

You can also add some cinamon to the cream chees and marshmallow cream fruit dip.
