Does anyone use a rental agreement when renting points to none DVC members?

We might be using points to rent to a family that is not a DVC member; when we rented points for another friend a year ago the DVC member renting us points had us sign a rental agreement. I have missplaced this agreement. Does anyone out there have a copy of such an agreement that they use while renting points to a none DVC family?
