I'm planning on going to a scrapping weekend soon, and there are quite a few classes that will be offered there. I would like to sign up for several of them, but I don't want to be overwhelmed with just taking classes. I understand that the vendors there will be offering free make-&-takes, so I don't want to miss out on any of that either. I also want to have time to spend just cropping, scrapping, and making friends and having fun shopping.

So my question is, how many classes should I take and allow myself time for everything else I want to do? Anyone have any experience with this or have an idea about what to do? I'm thinking right now that 2 classes on each day would be about right.

Hard to say.
Is this a weekend crop? and over night?
I usually will take only one class if there are make and takes. Especially if it is a large crop. I find I am socializing ,shopping, eating and who knows what else to be bothered with classes!

The scrap weekend goes from Thursday till Sunday morning. I hope I don't miss out on too many of the make/takes while I'm in classes! I do want to have the opportunity to learn some new things though.

I find in terms of information overload that 5 classes a day is my max. Doing 2 a day would be just fine. Have fun!

Which convention are you attending? If you have a chance to take SEI classes - do it! They are great!

 I was wondering the same thing... I was looking at maybe 3 classes a day for a weekend crop.
