One more week from Saturday and we're there!

To All,
Just one more week to go from Saturday and we are there!I can't wait,but I guess I'll have to though.We are staying at the AllStar Music Resort this year.Last year was Sports.Does anyone have any last minute suggestions or comments on things to do or places to eat at,and also any comments or suggestions on things to avoid?I will appreciate all posts.I want this year's trip to be one of the best.It will be our fourth trip in a row to Disney with our girls which are 7 and 10 this year.So we are vets to Disney,but are open to others suggestions and comments.

I don't have any tips for you as we have never been.. yet.. just 28 days left for us and I can hardly stand it
But I wish you a safe and magical trip we are going with our dh 8 and ds 4 and the kids are watching dis movies each day to prepare. What fun

where are yall staying on your first trip to the big 'D'?Are yall staying on property or off?Do you have reservations anywhere yet?If you are staying off property,I can suggest a nice place in Kissimmee which is only about 3-5 miles from the Disney property.It is very convienient.Let me know,about some other misc need to know things,and if I can,I'll be glad to post some info about stuff for you.WE have been there three years in a row and this will be our fourth,so Ihave a good bit of knowledge about the place,but as I posted this thread,I am always open to other folks' suggestions too.

You'll enjoy ASMusic - the rose courtyard between the jazz buildings is especially lovely. Be sure to walk around all the buildings though, and check out the hidden mickeys.

I'm staying at ASMovies, and while it's lively and fun and the food court is great - there's something about Music.

I was at wdw 8/11-8/17. My only advice would be bring some bug spray. There were lots of mosquitos(which we have never encountered before in WDW) Also, if you can possibly get a ps for cinderellas b-fast, it is a great treat! My girls loved it(it was a first for us and we thought it was worth it.) Have a great trip!

In reply- we are staying at the CRB resort I got a rate of 89.00/night (GOT THE TIP FOR THE CODE FROM THE DIS BOARDS THANKS) so for that price it made it easy to stay on site. even though I have never been I feel like I am well prepared thanks to this site. We are so excited and looking foward to a great time - any tips are welcome - we are flying to tampa getting a rental and spending our first night at treasure island then 5 days at wdw followed by 2 nights at cocoa beach we are going to KSC. Right now I am most nervous about the sharks...
but I am ready for disney, except for the packing.. lol Lisa
