How long should I allow to get from the All-Stars to the theme parks especially MK since it is the furthest away. Thanks in advance!!

Don't know exactly, but it never seemed very long to me. Maybe 20 minutes, but probably less than that. Not so long that I was looking at my watch.

About 15 - 20 minutes to the Magic Kingdom. Longest bus ride is to Downtown Disney.
