When we were there in May it was hotter than this and it was terrible not one for the heat so future summer visits are out for our family we are sticking to Dec. Don't get me wrong our weather here sucks to I hate the heat and humidity.

Are you crazy Charles!! You want winter back. :confused3
I think a few days of shoveling the white stuff, your hand freezing when you have to take your gloves off to get gas, the lovely snow plow who comes along after you have shovelled out your driveway. :guilty:
I will put your ramblings down to the heat and leave it at that. :teeth:
I went to Disney once in the summer (July no less). Never again. We usually go in September. Alot cooler, cheaper and less crowded. I have to take the grandkids out of school, but they don't mind it one bit.
have a nice day, eh!!
hugs

Actually Granny I love the winter and everything about it the shoveling etc I hate the summer and hot weather. We love Disney in Dec as it is usually only in hte mid to high 60's and no humidity that I can live with now only if our summers here could be like thist the warmest temps I like are 18-20 degrees Celcius.

:badpc: That's ME hitting Charles' computer! Bite your tongue, duct-tape your fingers, whatever .... I hate the winter, and love the summer. I was on maternity leave one year when the whole summer was cool and that was the pits.
But getting the palm trees, castle and Mouse to go along with the heat would be quite fine and dandy too!
Snow can come on Dec 24th,and gone by the 26th would be just perfect for me :teeth:

I'll take the heat any day over winter. I love wearing sandals and driving with the windows down :) Although the humidity I can do without. I don't think the humidity here was nearly as bad as what they get in Florida during August.
Tonight it was pretty cool. I stepped outside and then went back in for my Disney jacket. I wasn't prepared :)

Ready to move to Iceland. The way I figure...you can always put more clothes on...there are only so many you can take off!
PS....had to be in FL over the weekend for a funeral....relatives from NH who have been talking about retiring and moving....have changed their minds! My Aunt thought she was going to faint every time she walked outside into the sauna!

Count me in on the winter scene. I can't stand all this heat and spend most of my time in my air conditioned house. Another reason I don't think we could ever do Disney in the summer.

Yep, MORE rain :umbrella: We only get satellite here so no tube now since Monday & I need tube! :scared:
Yep, count me out for summers in Fl, anything much over 70 and I begin to wilt. 60F just perfect for me! Would like a some blue skies here abouts, the overcast becomes tedious fast--
Rain, rain go away...
