DISsponsor info needed please

I have signed up as a DISsponsor and made my donation. I havent gotten a confirmation or response. I have even e-mailed them thru the e-mail link at the sponsor site, nothing again, no response to my e-mail.
Can anyone here help me? Can you forward this to them please?
