Revenge of the Mummy?

Last year we went to US and stood in line twice waiting to ride Revenge of the Mummy. Both times the ride was shut down due to mechanical problems. I looked through a few of these threads to see what the status is now but haven't seen anything about it. Is it still there or did they close it completely? If it's open did they get the problems solved? Wasted 2 hours trying to get on it last year....how disappointing it was that we didn't!

It is open and it is GREAT! There was a half hour special on one of our local TV stations tonight about the ride.

Have never had it shut down, only once, but waited about 5 minutes and got on. We use to have passes a few months ago and rode it many many times... get a fast pass and if the ride shuts down they will give you another for later in the day.

I haven't seen the Mummy ride shut down in a long time.

It was down on Tuesday the 7th, don't know how long but it was most of the day. We went back about 4 and the wait was 30 min., with FOTL we walked right on. It was awesome :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: , we rode it again that day and the next morning we stopped on the way to IOA and rode it 2 more times. We also rode it on Thur. morning, if you do it first thing in the morning there is no wait, the express line wasn't even open.
