View Full Version : How fast do the very LE pins usually sell out?

I've been looking around the official Disney pin trading site before I leave for my trip, and the jumbo A Small World After All pin that comes out on the 14th (picture/info here (http://eventservices.disney.go.com/pintrading/pin?id=9435)) immediately jumped out at me. Currently I only own 3 pins, and they're just $6.95 and $8.95 open edition ones, so I'm not familiar with this LE business (this one's limited to 750 pins). Would a pin like this be something I need to race to the store at whatever park I'm at upon park opening to get, or could I wait until later in the day (say around 12 or 1pm?). I'm not a morning person at all, and will only get up really early if necessary, LOL. Thanks in advance!

There are a lot of different factors with LEs like this. For one, does the pin feature a popular character, attraction, or event? Not all low edition size LEs are in high demand.

This one could be popular, especially among IASW fans. It's also part of a series, so those who may not be IASW fans but want to complete the series will want it. It's also pricey, which could turn off some people. Sometimes these things can be easy to predict, but this one is a toss-up IMO.

My advice -- if you really want the pin, err on the side of caution and get there early.
