I've started doing Oprah's Boot Camp and in the process not eating anything 'white'(no bread, potatos, etc) or any grains (no wheat for the first month). Does anyone have any suggestions for any other type breakfast items that would help me stay on the plan? I know I can do eggs, but I feel like I will get sick of them fairly quick!
I usually eat Cream of Wheat or a Nutrigrain bar and those are both now considered 'no-no's!
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I could NEVER do that. I applaud your starting efforts!!!!
Breakfast...ah, breakfast. Cut up fruit, cheeses, water, tomatoes. You can make omelets with cheese, veggies and breakfast meat. Or a breakfast casserole. Jen with one n (joelyfaithsmommy) has a recipe in her journal I think. You can adapt it to fit your needs. Leftovers, maybe.
Good luck!

I like to have leftover supper stuff for breakfast like chicken breasts. Also, I enjoy cottage cheese and fruit. I know you are only allowed 2 fruits per day with boot camp month. If you are able, you might combine your cottage cheese with your fruit portion and separate the quantity into 2 and have one as your breakfast and one as your "snack."
Good luck with your quest. I am interested in learning how you manage.

One of the meals on my kraftfoods.com menu is a Breakfast Banana Split.
1 small banana
1 container (4.4 oz.) JELL-O KID PACK Wild Strawberry Lowfat Yogurt, or any flavor
1/2 cup POST ALPHA-BITS Wholesome Sweetened Oat & Corn Cereal
1/4 cup halved seedless grapes
1/4 cup sliced strawberries
PEEL banana; split in half lengthwise. Place in sundae dish or cereal bowl.
TOP with yogurt. Sprinkle with cereal and fruit.
I made this with a banana, strawberry/banana yogurt, strawberries and honey nut O's cereal. I'm assuming your diet would not allow the cereal, what about granola or nuts instead?
