The easiest to find is Goodings at The Crossroads (SR535) just off I4, but this is an extremely over priced store. There is a Winn Dixie just up the road from The Crossroads. Take SR535 away from I4 (sorry really bad with directions). You will come to a light (Olive Garden on the right and Shell station on the left). Go straight and about a block up on the right is the Winn Dixie.

We shopped there when we were at WDW last week - I couldn't believe how expensive it was!! Everything was almost twice as expensive as the Publix that we normally shop it when we stay off-site. We went there because it was the easiest to get to - never again!!

Gotta love that convenience premium!

If you're coming from the airport, and stopping off on the way to WDW, then don't limit yourself to the supermarkets nearby WDW. The best I've found is Albertsons, which is off the Greeneway, a little more than half-way between Boggy Creek and International Drive.

There's also a Super Wal-Mart as a option(shares it's parking lot with Medival Times)

I'm assuming you already know this, but posting anyway just in case.. there is a shop equipped with basic groceries within walking distance or every home away from home resort. They aren't cheap, by any means, but if it saves a rental car it is.

I'm pretty sure it's the closest Super Wal Mart to the parks/resorts. It's the one the family goes to for snacks each trip

We shopped at the new Winn Dixie on Vineland-Apopka last week. It was great! Easy to get to, clean, well stocked, good prices and EMPTY! We went in the middle of a Sat afternoon and there were about 10 other people in the whole store. The prices were the same or lower than the Winn Dixie by my house. We used to go to the Publix on 192 which was good too but it will be WD from now on.
