HHN Tickets

I have an interesting question about buying tickets to Halloween Horror Nights. I am thinking about goin to HHN with a friend of mine on Oct. 12. He has a Star (one park) annual pass. I was wondering if we could buy the discounted Annual pass tickets to HHN with this pass. Excuse me if I'm wrong but I believe that there is a discount with annual passes.
