Member services number busy

Is it me, or is Member Services number busy lately. I have tried several times in the past 2 days to reach them, and each time have gotten a busy number.

Is there a direct number I can call rather than the 800 number? Has anyone else noticed this, or am I just hitting it bad these past days?

I tried several times today and got a busy signal every time.

Pretty bad when I can't even get to the part where I get put on hold for 40 minutes!

I think the e-mail option is going to become more and more important.

What's the e-mail option? How long doesit take to get a reply?

Get that speed dial going. It took me about 4 tries the last couple of days to get through. Cant do much about the 25 minute hold time though, lol

You can e-mail member services with a reservation request, same as asking on the phone.

I haven't tried it but I see on this board it seems to take about 24 hours. Someone else with more experience can probably provide better information.
