Laundry facilities at Vero Beach

Are there laundry rooms located in the Inn if you are staying in one of the Inn Rooms? Is there a charge for them like the regular WDW resorts, or are they provided free like at OKW?

We were in an inn room in 4-2004, on the 4th floor. There was a laundry room right across the hall from us - very convenient and free!
