Epcot Coral Reef Resturant or Seaworld Shamu Dine?

Hi

I am thinking of eating at the Coral Reef resturant. I have never been here before. How much is it and whats the menu like? Do you see Dolphins or Sharks?

I have seen the Seaworld dine with the Shamu. We are not sure what the food is, as we are taking 3 children and none of us eat seafood.

Any advice would be great thanks :confused3
