Thinking of going July 4th weekend...are we crazy

First let me say...we have been on 4th of july before and I know it will be insane. but...we are going to be in LA over the July 4th weekend anyway (we are going to see King Tut :) ). So we thought maybe we would stay at the Hilton Anaheim (instead of Bev Hills) and go to Disneyland too. sounds fun or insane???

We would go to Dland on Friday, not Sat, maybe Sunday am.
Would Friday be doable??? We really just want to use FP on a few rides, eat at Blue Bayou, and shop. We are ok with only the hi-lights.

don't really know, but we will be there too..:wave: we will be at Dl/DCA on Saturday and Monday of the July 4th weekeend.. We are assuming that it will be very crowded

It will be extremely crowded over the 4th weekend (especially during the 50th anniversary celebration). But since you only want to do a few fastpasses and some highlights, I think it will be a great time! It sounds like you know what you are getting into, so I think your plans sound great! I would much rather go, then not go at all :teeth:
