Has anyone done Candlelight Processional package while at DVC resort?

We are going to be booking the Candlelight Processional dinner package for our trip in December. The last time we booked we stayed at ASMovies and they linked our reservation to our room reservation and delivered our ticket package to the Guest Services desk at the resort. Since DVC reservations are not in the same CRO system (at least I didn't think they were), do you still get the CP tickets delivered to your resort for pick-up?

I am also interested in knowing this as I am also planning to do the CP.

I know 2 years ago when I ordered tickets for MNSSHP I gave my hotel & check in date and asked CRO to send the tickets to PO (where I was staying - booked through a travel agent). This worked fine.

For the last 4 years - we've picked up our packages at Guest Services at the resort - 3 times at BWV and last year at OKW.

No problems at all...

We have picked up the tickets at OKW & BWV guest relations and at the kiosk located In Epcot near Germany. No problems. You can also pick them up at Guest Services at the front of Epcot too.

Every year I've ordered this event I've been given different instructions on how to pick up our tickets. Not sure what the deal will be this year. The CM I spoke with Sunday evening suggested tickets might be available by the beginning of Sept.

We picked up our tickets at OKW last year--at a desk to the right of check in.

Last December I went to guest services at BWV to get our CP package. They were out of the lanyards, so we were instructed to go to the American Pavillion at Epcot. They had a special tent setup outside for the CP packages. We went on the morning of our CP package day, they were having computer problems and said to come back, but I wanted the lanyard for the shopping discount so we waited a few minutes until they came back online. So I would try to get your stuff before your CP date.

We went last December and were able to get our tickets, lanyard, etc. at the Guest Services Desk. We were staying at BWV. I don't remember how many days ahead of the actual day we were scheduled for that I picked up our tickets, but it was at least the day before.
