Looks like your file sizes are too big.

You can have a total of 50K in your images. The first image is 40K, and the second is 11K, so just those two alone are over the limit.

The animation is what is killing the size, if you want to use the pics without the animation you can try Giff tools (http://www.giftools.com/) nad even use it on all your pics.

Aslo Optimizing Animated GIFS (http://webreference.com/dev/gifanim/) more helpfull tools.
