Milesource ??

This is my first post on this board, but I've read lots. Thanks!! I have over 9000
points on milesource. My ? is how long does it take to get a supercertificate? And we
just decide to go in Dec. and I was thinking of ordering either a $50 or $75 certificate
to use at Rain Forest Cafe? (not sure which I need for a family of 4). However, we have
a 2 week trip planned for next Sept. so should I wait and save these points for next
year.

It has been my experience that it only takes 10-14 days to get the SuperCertificate in your e-mail, then once you redeem it, your Rainforest GC should come just a few days later in the mail. So, if you redeem now, you should get it in plenty of time for your December trip. One tip - make sure that in the address section of your Milesource profile, you only use your 5 digit zip code. I put in the full 9 digits, and giftcertificates.com couldn't accept it. Problem was, no one told me why I wasn't getting my SC. I waited nearly a month before I e-mailed Milesource. They told me the problem, I fixed it, and I had my SuperCertificate just a couple of days later, my GC in the mail 5 days after that.

I would recommend going ahead and cashing out now if you can use the certificates. You never know when a program is going to end or, as Milesource just did - increase the number of points you need to cash out.

I read somewhere else on this board that someone said Rain Forest certificates were out of stock. Anyone know anything about this?

I agree that you should cash out relatively soon. While you get a better return for waiting til you have more points, you get nothing if a site goes out of business. So I cash out at the minimum level usually.

Also, Rainforest gift certificates are often out of stock for a couple of days but if you wait and keep checking they show back up. I think this spring I only waited 2 days before the were available again.
