I just got a phone call from one of the managers at the Disney Store in Roosevelt Field here on Long Island and I've been hired. WOOHOO!!!!!!:bounce:

I had two interviews but I didn't want to mention it here on the board-didn't want to jinx it. I'm working part time and have to get up wicked early on Tuesdays and Thursdays but I don't care. I have to go in tomorrow to fill out some paperwork. I can't wait to get started.

Congratulations! I'm afraid I'd be working for nothing as I'd be too tempted to spend on all the neat stuff while I was there.

That is so cool! I'm afraid I'd spend everything I earned on Disney stuff, though--no willpower
when it comes to things like that for me!

Congratulations!! I'd love to work in a Disney Store, but since I already have a full time job, I wouldn't be able to work enough hours to qualify. Enjoy the job!!!

Thanks everybody for your good wishes.

I went in this afternoon, filled out all the forms and learned the secret handshake LOL! I start a week from today.

And Dave, I would be your BEAUTIFUL older sister and I'll be sure to tell you about the discounts at the next family reunion. It's at your house, right?
