You should be able to find them at your local Office Supply like Staples or Office Depot. GL!

The dollar stores always have a bunch.

Oriental trading company is also a place to buy a BUNCH very cheap. They have the smiley ones - but the dollars stores around me always have EVERYTHING oriental trading company has.
